Dabia will stand by all of its estimates regardless of whether that costs us money or not. The best lessons are learnt when we lose money. When you ask us to fix something we will fix that and that only if we notice other problems we will contact you immediatley. Heres a scenario, you bring a laptop in and it has a broken screen we fix it and your laptop now works fine. 3 months pass then it develops another fault we will charge you to fix this new fault unless it is the same problem. We always try to be fair so please be fair with us. Dabia will not be held responsible for loss of your data if you ask us to reinstall Windows for example and ask us to back up all your files in My Documents then after the install you say "what about my files in such and such folder" we're good at technical stuff but really bad at mind reading.
We are human and we do make mistakes and we try really hard to rectify any mistakes. We'll work with you until you're happy within reason.
